Reception and information service

Our company also offers reception service to its clients, primarily including tasks related to the facility's guests and the daily administrational and duty assignments.

Reception services can only have an able and affable staff member who does not only have good communication skills but who can also handle conflicts as well. We guarantee that our staff member at the reception as the first person to meet guests in the building works flawlessly.

The basic tasks of the reception and information service:

- Handling phone calls, the daily post and packages.
- Informing and orienting arriving guests and other personnel.
- Handling entry/exit procedures of every person, verifying them and documenting each and every event.
- Administrative tasks.

Apart from these tasks we obviously take the clients' need into consideration and we determine the daily procedures based on the very peculiarities of the area.
